影响夹层玻璃脱胶因素研究分析

摘要：玻璃和胶层之间良好的粘结是保障夹层玻璃整体性和安全性的必要条件，而脱胶不仅降低了夹层玻璃的透明效果，还将造成一定的安全隐患。通过对玻璃-胶片界面粘结机理进行分析，探究了在原材料选择、玻璃深加工以及使用维保等阶段中影响夹层玻璃脱胶的因素。结果表明，影响夹层脱胶的不利因素具有叠加和相互促进作用。在此分析研究的基础上，针对性地提出了相应的防控建议。

An exploratory investigation into the factors triggering the debonding in laminated glass

Abstract：Adequate bonding between glass and interlayer guarantees the integrity and security of laminated glass，whereas the debonding will decrease the transparency as well as inducing the potential safety risks in laminated glass. By analyzing the bonding mechanism of glass film interface，the factors triggering the debonding of laminated glass during the raw materials selection，deep processing and use and maintenance stages were explored. The results show that the adverse factors affecting interlayer debonding have superposition and mutual promotion. Based on this analysis and research，the corresponding prevention and control suggestions are put forward.
