单组分背胶在瓷砖铺贴中的作用及机理研究

    摘要:通过模拟室内环境,探索了单组分背胶的引入对瓷砖铺贴系统空鼓率的影响。在此基础上,选用不同粘结强度等级的瓷砖胶与背胶进行组合,通过对比其28 d拉伸粘结强度,研究了使用单组分背胶进行玻化砖砖背界面处理在瓷砖铺贴系统中的作用,并对其机理进行了分析。单组分背胶不能提高瓷砖与瓷砖胶之间的拉伸粘结强度,但能在刚性的瓷砖胶和瓷砖之间形成了一层柔性过渡层,可以起到吸收温度形变应力的作用,进而减少空鼓,提高瓷砖铺贴系统的安全性。

Study on the function and mechanism of one-component ceramic tile back glue in ceramic tile paving

    Abstract:By simulating the indoor environment,this paper explores the influence of the addition of single-component ceramic tile back glue on the empty rate of ceramic tile paving system. Then,on this basis,ceramic tile adhesive with different bond strength grades is selected to match with single-component ceramic tile back glue. By comparing its 28 d tensile bonding strength,the effect of one component back glue on the back interface treatment of vitrified brick in ceramic tile paving system is studied,and its mechanism is analyzed. Single component back glue cannot improve the tensile bonding strength between ceramic tile and ceramic tile glue,but can form a flexible transition layer between rigid ceramic tile glue and ceramic tile,which can absorb temperature deformation stress,reduce hollowing and improve the safety of ceramic tile paving system.
