建筑内墙腻子打磨分层性能测试方法研究

摘要：建筑内墙腻子的“打磨分层”性能对于腻子产品非常关键，该性能的准确评测一定程度影响着建筑腻子产品能否继续向高强高质的方向发展，但目前对建筑内墙腻子的“打磨分层”性能尚无统一的测试方法。尝试建立了一种评估”打磨分层“性能的测试方法，并在此基础上以一般型腻子和耐水型腻子两类常用的腻子作为测试样本进行了测试评估。通过腻子样品的测试结果验证了该方法与实际使用具有较好的关联性，可以作为一种评估腻子打磨分层性能的测试方法。

Study on the testing method of non-uniformity sanding performance for building skim-coat

Abstract：The sanding non-uniformity performance of building skim-coat is very important for skim-coat. The accurate evaluation of this performance affects whether building skim-coat can continue to develop in the direction of high strength and high quality to a certain extent. However，at present，there is no unified test method for the sanding non-uniformity performance of building skim-coat. This paper attempts to establish a test method to evaluate the sanding non-uniformity performance. And on the basis，two kinds of normal skim-coat and water-resistant skim-coat was tested according to the method. The skim-coat samples test results was verified that the method had a good correlation with the actual performance in the application，so the method can be an evaluation method to test sanding non-uniformity performance.
