掺氧化石墨烯水泥砂浆的自收缩机理研究

    摘要:采用体积测试法对水泥砂浆的自收缩进行试验,主要研究了氧化石墨烯(GO)掺量、聚羧酸系减水剂(PC)掺量、胶砂比对水泥砂浆自收缩的影响规律。结果表明,随PC掺量从0增加至0.03%,水泥砂浆的自收缩随之不断增大;随GO掺量的增加,水泥砂浆的自收缩呈先增大后减小的趋势;胶砂比增大,水泥砂浆的自收缩得到改善。分析认为,PC对水泥砂浆自收缩的影响,主要是由于PC掺入改变了水泥砂浆孔径分布,而GO掺入也会改变水泥砂浆的孔结构,同时对水泥水化产物起到调控的作用。此外,掺入PC可以促进GO在水泥砂浆中的分散,在PC与GO的复合作用下水泥砂浆的自收缩规律发生改变。

Autogenous shrinkage mechanism analysis of cement mortar mixed with graphene oxide

    Abstract:The volume test method was used to conduct experimental research on the autogenous shrinkage of cement mortar. The influence law of graphene oxide(GO) content,the polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PC) content,and the ratio of mortar on the
autogenous shrinkage of cement mortar were mainly studied. The test results show that when the PC content increases from 0 to 0.03%,the autogenous shrinkage of the cement mortar increases continuously. With the increase of GO content,the autogenous shrinkage of the cement mortar shows a trend of first increase and then decrease. When the mortar ratio increases,the autogenous shrinking performance will be improved. The analysis shows that the effect of PC on the autogenous shrinkage of cement mortar is mainly due to that the incorporation of PC changes the pore size distribution of the cement mortar,while the incorporation of GO also changes the pore structure of the cement mortar,and at the same time plays a role in regulating the cement hydration products. In addition,PC can promote the degree of dispersion of GO in cement mortar,which makes the autogenous shrinkage law of cement mortar change under the compound action of PC and GO.
