外墙外保温系统透气性抹面胶浆的研究

    摘要:详细论述了外墙外保温系统透气性抹面胶浆的研制过程,主要由水泥、砂、乳胶粉、膨胀珍珠岩、微沫剂等多种成分组成。测试结果表明,透气性抹面胶浆综合性能符合GB/T 29906—2013和GB/T 30595—2014等标准要求,特别地,其水蒸气透过湿流密度达到1.76 g/(m2·h)(4 mm厚),导热系数为0.1658 W/(m·K),远低于普通抹面胶浆[0.3590 W/(m·K)],综合性能优异。

Research on air permeability plastering mortar for external thermal insulation systems

    Abstract:The development process of air permeability plastering mortar for external thermal insulation systems is discussed in detail. It is mainly composed of cement,sand,emulsion powder,expanded perlite,foaming agent and other components. The test results show that the comprehensive performance of air permeability plastering mortar meets the requirements of GB/T 29906—2013 and GB/T 30595—2014. In particular,the density of water vapor transmission reaches 1.76 g/(m2·h)(4 mm-thick),The thermal conductivity [0.1658 W/(m·K)] is much lower than that of ordinary plastering mortar [0.3590 W/(m·K)], the comprehensive performance is excellent.
