不同养护湿度下内养护材料对混凝土性能的影响研究

    摘要:以混凝土内养护为理论指导,对再生粗骨料进行粒径细分,替代不同比例的天然粗骨料,考察在不同养护湿度条件下再生粗骨料对混凝土力学性能和耐久性能的影响。试验结果表明:当相对养护湿度在35%~75%,天然粗骨料替代率为50%时,养护28 d后混凝土的抗压强度相比于基准组提高2%~11%;随着再生粗骨料替代率的增大,混凝土开裂的风险显著降低;再生粗骨料替代率不能超过50%,否则对混凝土耐久性能不利;当相对养护湿度为55%,再生粗骨料替代率为50%时,养护28 d后的混凝土微观形貌最优。

Influence of internal curing materials on concrete performance under different curing humidity

    Abstract:In this paper,guided by the theory of concrete internal curing,starting from the utilization of recycled coarse aggregate,the particle size of recycled coarse aggregate is subdivided,and different proportions of recycled coarse aggregate are used to replace natural coarse aggregate. The effects of different curing humidity on the mechanical properties and durability of concrete are investigated. The test results show that when the relative curing  humidity is 35%~75%,the replacement rate of natural coarse aggregate is 50%,and the compressive strength of concrete after 28 days of curing is increased by 2%~11% compared with the reference group. With the increase of recycled coarse aggregate replacing natural coarse aggregate,the risk of concrete cracking can be significantly reduced. The replacement amount of recycled coarse aggregate instead of natural coarse aggregate shall not exceed 50%,otherwise it is unfavorable to the durability of concrete. When the relative curing humidity is 55% and the replacement amount of recycled coarse aggregate is 50%,the micro morphology of concrete after 28 days of curing is the best.
