C-S-H晶种早强剂的制备及低温性能研究

    摘要:针对低温环境下常规早强剂的性能缺陷以及复掺和掺量增加带来的成本过高等问题,采用溶液反应合成法,选择自制的聚羧酸型分散剂,在钙硅比为1.5、反应温度20 ℃、反应时间24 h的条件下,合成了悬浮稳定性能好、早强性能优异的C-S-H晶种早强剂。混凝土试验结果表明,掺入该晶种早强剂能使混凝土在冬季2~6 ℃低温环境下,仍具有较好的工作性能,早期(16、20 h)抗压强度提升幅度达100%以上,同时后期强度无倒缩。在预制构件等领域提高施工效率方面具有良好的应用前景。

Preparation of C-S-H seed early strengthening agent and research on low temperature performance

    Abstract:Aiming at the performance defects of conventional early-strength agents in low temperature environment and the high cost caused by the increase of compound blending content,this paper uses the solution reaction synthesis method and selects a self-made polycarboxylic acid type dispersant. Under the synthetic conditions of calcium to silicon ratio of 1.5,reaction temperature 20 ℃ and reaction time 24 h,a C-S-H seed early-strength agent with good suspension stability and excellent early-strength performance was prepared. The concrete works well in 2~6 ℃ low temperature environment in winter,the compressive strength in the early stage (16、20 h)increased by more than 100%,the early strength is improved obviously while the later strength does not shrink. It has good application prospects in improving construction efficiency in the fields of precast components.
