高适应性机制砂混凝土用聚羧酸减水剂制备及性能研究

    摘要:采用丙烯酸与对氨基苯磺酸酯化得到功能单体,再与新型六碳大单体、不饱和硅烷单体、羟基酯封端的寡聚物在氧化还原引发体系作用下,制备了高适应性机制砂混凝土用聚羧酸减水剂PC-1。试验结果表明:所合成PC-1的转化率较高;在不同水泥种类、环境温度、减水剂掺量的净浆中,PC-1相比市售普通聚羧酸PC-2具有较好的适应性和较低敏感性;在不同石粉含量机制砂的混凝土中,PC-1的适应性和保坍性均优于PC-2。

Study on preparation and properties of polycarboxylate superplasticizer for high adaptability manufactured sand concrete

    Abstract:Polycarboxylate superplasticizer PC-1 for machine-made sand concrete with high adaptability was prepared by esterification of acrylic acid with sulfanilic acid to obtain functional monomer,and then with new hexacarbon macromonomer,unsaturated silane monomer and hydroxyl ester terminated oligomer in redox initiation system. The test results show that the conversion rate of PC-1 is relatively higher. Compared with PC-2,PC-1 has better adaptability and lower sensitivity under different types of cement,ambient temperature and dosage of superplasticizer. The adaptability and the slump retention of PC-1 is better than that of PC-2 under different content of stone powder.
