水化热抑制剂与缓凝剂对水泥单矿及水泥水化历程的影响

    摘要:研究了水化热抑制剂与不同缓凝剂对水泥凝结时间、砂浆强度的影响,及水化热抑制剂与柠檬酸缓凝剂对水泥单矿(C3A、C3S、C2S)与水泥体系水化历程的影响。结果表明:水化热抑制剂与缓凝剂对水泥的凝结时间均有一定的延缓,并使砂浆强度有所提高,其中柠檬酸与水化热抑制剂使28 d抗压强度分别提高了15.4%、12.9%;水化热抑制剂通过影响C3A早期和C3S的水化历程,对水泥早期水化热降低效果明显,3、7 d水化累计放热量分别减小了14.79%、10.55%;柠檬酸主要通过影响C3A早期、C3S早期和C2S的水化历程,但其降低水泥水化热的效果有限,3 d、7 d水化累计放热量分别减小了4.2%、2.08%。

Effect of hydration heat inhibitors and retarders on cement monomine and cement hydration

    Abstract:The effects of hydration heat inhibitors and different retarders on cement setting time and mortar strength,and the effects of hydration heat inhibitors and citric acid inhibitors on cement single mine(C3A,C3S,C2S) and cement system hydration were studied. The results showed that hydration heat inhibitors and retarder had a certain delay in the setting time of cement,which improved the strength of mortar,among which the compressive strength of 28 d of citric acid and hydration heat inhibitors was increased by 15.4% and 12.9%,respectively. Hydration heat inhibitors have an obvious effect of reducing the early hydration heat in cement by affecting the hydration course of C3A and C3S,and reduce the heat release by 14.79 percent and 10.55 percent,respectively,while citric acid has limited effect of reducing the hydration heat of cement by affecting the watering course of C3A,C3S early and C2S,and the hydration heat of 3 d and 7 d decreases by 4.2 percent and 2.08 percent.
