两性抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂的合成及性能研究

    摘要:采用丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为单体;经自由基共聚反应,得到一种含有阳离子基团的抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂(PC-K)。通过正交试验和单因素试验结果表明,合成PC-K的最佳工艺为:n(AA)∶n(AMPS)∶n(DMC)=1.6∶0.7∶0.8,反应温度73.0 ℃,引发剂过硫酸铵(APS)和链转移剂异丙醇的用量分别为单体总质量的3.6%和3.0%。混凝土试验结果表明,抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂PC-K可改善高含泥量混凝土体系的和易性并提高其抗压强度。

Study on synthesis and performance of amphoteric mud-resistant polycarboxylate superplasticizer

    Abstract:Acrylic acid(AA),2-acrylamide-2-methylpropyl sulfonic acid(AMPS) and methacryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC) were used as monomers. An anti-mud polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PC-K) containing cationic groups was prepared by free radical copolymerization with ammonium sulfate(APS) at a certain temperature. The results of orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment show that the best synthesis process of PC-K is:n(AA)∶n(AMPS)∶n(DMC)=1.6∶0.7∶0.8,the reaction temperature is 73.0 ℃,the amounts of initiator ammonium sulfate(APS) and chain transfer agent isopropanol are 3.6% and 3.0% of the total monomer mass,respectively. It is found that the anti-mud polycarboxylate superplasticizer can enhance the smoothness and strength of concrete with high mud content.
