不同养护条件对钢矿粉掺合料活化效应的影响研究

    摘要:制备了钢矿粉复合掺合料,通过测试掺合料胶砂活性指数和混凝土抗压强度,研究标准养护和蒸汽养护对钢矿粉掺合料活化效应的影响,并对不同养护条件下掺合料混凝土的胶凝系数K进行对比。结果表明:不论是胶砂活性还是混凝土强度,蒸汽养护更有利于体系中水化反应,高温条件下矿粉和激发剂中的活性物质能更大程度地参与活化反应,加速水化产物的生成,使体系的活性和强度大幅度提高;胶凝系数K也侧面证实了这一观点:在蒸养条件下K值比标准养护条件的高,说明蒸汽养护时钢矿粉掺合料对混凝土强度贡献更大。

Study on activation effect of steel ore powder admixture under different curing conditions

    Abstract:The steel ore powder admixture was prepared,and the effect of standard curing and steam curing on the activation effect of steel ore powder admixture was studied by testing the activity index of mortar and compressive strength of concrete,and the effect of curing conditions on the strength of admixture concrete was analyzed by introducing the coefficient of gelling K. The results showed that steam curing was more favorable to the hydration reaction in the system,whether it was the activity of the mortar or the strength of the concrete,and the active substances in the mineral powder and the activator could be utilized to a greater extent under the high temperature conditions,exerted a stronger activation ability and accelerated the generation of hydration products,so that the activity and strength of the system could be increased substantially;the coefficient of gelling K also confirmed this from a side:the value of K under steam curing conditions was higher than that of standard curing,which indicated that the steel and slag admixture contributed more to the strength of concrete during steam curing.
