海洋岛礁结构牺牲阳极阴极保护用活性砂浆研究

    摘要:利用短切碳纤维制备活性砂浆,采用四电极法研究了短切碳纤维掺量对活性砂浆电阻率的影响,并分析了其作用机理。结果表明,掺入短切碳纤维可有效降低砂浆的电阻率,且砂浆电阻率随短切碳纤维掺量的增加而降低,可通过改变短切碳纤维掺量来调控砂浆复合体系的电阻率,短切碳纤维在砂浆中的掺量阈值为0.6%,此时砂浆的电阻率为540 Ω·cm。短切碳纤维掺量较少时,砂浆复合体系的电阻率主要受砂浆基体的影响;高于掺量阈值时,砂浆内短切碳纤维会形成网链搭接,引起砂浆复合体系电阻率急剧降低;进一步提高纤维掺量,活性砂浆的电阻率变化并不显著。

Study on active mortar for sacrificial anode cathodic protection of marine reef structure

    Abstract:The active mortar was prepared by using chopped carbon fiber,the influence of chopped carbon fiber content on the resistivity of active mortar was studied by using the four-electrode method,and its mechanism was analyzed. The test results show that the resistivity of active mortar block can be effectively reduced by adding chopped carbon fiber into cement mortar,and the resistivity of specimens decreases with increasing carbon fiber content. The resistivity of specimens can be controlled by changing the content of chopped carbon fiber. The percolation threshold of chopped carbon fiber in mortar is 0.6%,which corresponding resistivity is 540 Ω·cm. When the content of chopped carbon fiber is low,the resistivity of mortar composite system is mainly affected by the mortar matrix. When the content of short carbon fiber is higher than the percolation threshold,the short carbon fiber in the mortar will form a mesh chain overlap,which leads to a sharp decrease in the resistivity of the specimens. With the further increase of the content of carbon fiber,the resistivity of the specimens does not change significantly.
