赤泥活性改进及其对水泥熟料性能的影响研究

    摘要:将赤泥焙烧活化应用到水泥基材料中是高效消纳赤泥的有效途径,对赤泥活性改进及其对水泥熟料性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:赤泥在500 ℃焙烧处理60 min后的活性激发效果最明显,可以有效提高活性;在水泥熟料中掺加经活化后的赤泥,体系的早期强度降幅较小,但随其掺量增加,胶砂的抗压强度下降明显;掺外加剂A可以提高赤泥-水泥熟料体系的早期和后期强度;基准混凝土中掺加10%活化赤泥,当掺1%外加剂A时对混凝土坍落度无明显影响,赤泥混凝土早期强度明显提高。

Improvement of red mud activity and its effect on the properties of cement clinker

    Abstract:The application of red mud roasting activation in cement-based materials is an effective way to absorb red mud efficiently. In this paper,the improvement of red mud activity and its influence on the properties of cement clinker are studied. The results show that the red mud calcined at 500 ℃ for 60 min has the most obvious activation effect,which can effectively improve the activity. Adding activated red mud into cement clinker,the early strength of the system decreases slightly,but with the increase of the content,the compressive strength of the mortar sample decreases significantly. Adding additive A can improve the early and late strength of red mud cement clinker system. The addition of 10% activated red mud and 1% additive A to the benchmark concrete has no obvious effect on the slump of the concrete,and the early strength of the red mud concrete increases significantly.
