保水增稠材料对再生骨料干混砂浆性能的影响研究

    摘要:采用正交试验研究了不同保水增稠材料对再生骨料干混砂浆稠度、保水性、拆模密度和抗压强度的影响。结果表明,纤维素醚对再生骨料干混砂浆性能的影响最为显著;钠基膨润土对砂浆稠度和保水性的影响最小;改性淀粉醚对砂浆的拆模密度和28 d抗压强度的影响最小;再生骨料干混砂浆的保水增稠材料最佳掺量为纤维素醚0.07%、改性淀粉醚0.10%、钠基膨润土0.04%,此条件下砂浆的稠度为85.4 mm、保水率为91.2%、拆模密度为1853 kg/m3、28 d抗压强度为13.1 MPa。

Effect of water retentive and thickening material on the performance of dry mixed mortar with recycled fine aggregate

    Abstract:The effects of different water retentive and thickening materials on consistency,water retention,bulk density,and compressive strength of dry mixed mortar with recycled fine aggregate were studied by orthogonal experiment. The results show that cellulose ether has the most significant effect on the performance of dry mixed mortar with recycled fine aggregate. The effect of sodium type bentonite on consistency and water retention of mortar was the least and the effect of modified starch on bulk density and compressive strength of mortar was the least among three water retentive and thickening materials. The optimal dosage of cellulose ether,modified starch,and sodium type bentonite in dry mixed mortar with recycled fine aggregate is 0.07%,0.10% and 0.04% respectively. Under that condition,the consistency was 85.4 mm,water retention rate was 91.2%,bulk density was 1853 kg/m3,and 28-day compressive strength was 13.1 MPa.
