预铺式自粘防水卷材用新型水溶性隔离膜的制备与研究

    摘要:通过流延法制备了一种用于预铺式自粘防水卷材的聚乙烯醇新型免揭环保水溶性隔离膜。研究了不同含量微硅粉对所制备薄膜水溶性、力学性能的影响,并以防水卷材与后浇混凝土的剥离性能为指标,探讨在无需揭除隔离膜的情况下防水卷材与后浇混凝土的粘接性。结果表明,当微硅粉含量为基材的2%时,薄膜的综合力学性能较好;当微硅粉含量为基材的5%时,剥离强度达到最大值2.16 N/mm。说明在不揭除所制新型水溶性隔离膜的情况下能够提高防水卷材与后浇混凝土的粘接性,与传统防水卷材隔离膜相比基材无需揭除、简化施工流程,同时起到保护环境的作用。

Preparation and study of a novel water-soluble isolation membrane for pre-laid self-adhesive waterproof roll

    Abstract:A new type of environmentally-friendly water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol membrane for pre-laid self-adhesive waterproof roll was prepared by stream-casting. The effects of different contents of microsilica powder on the water solubility and mechanical properties of the film were studied. The adhesion between waterproof roll material and post-poured concrete without removing the isolation film was investigated by taking the peeling performance of waterproof roll material and post-poured concrete as the index. The result shows that when the content of silicon powder is 2% of the substrate,the comprehensive mechanical properties of the film are better. When the content of silicon powder is 5% of the substrate,the maximum peeling performance is 2.16 N/mm. This shows that the adhesion between waterproof roll material and post-poured concrete can be improved without removing the new water-soluble isolation film prepared. Compared with the traditional waterproof roll material isolation film,the environmental protection and no need to remove the substrate characteristics simplify the construction process and protect the environment.
