    摘要:将混凝土搅拌站洗涮废水用于混凝土制备是解决水资源短缺和废弃水处理的可行手段。采用模糊层次分析法对混凝土拌合物材料配比进行综合评价,结合实际试验数据建立灰色关联分析模型,对废水混凝土强度影响因素进行预测与检验。结果表明:用混凝土搅拌站废弃水取代自来水对混凝土的力学性能无不良影响;根据试验数据所得的灰色关联分析的各指标权重与试验开展前基于模糊层次分析法所预测废水取代率的具体权重仅相差5.51个百分点,基于模糊数学层次综合评价和灰色关联分析建立的预测模型可用于搅拌站废水混凝土配合比的优化。

Prediction and evaluation of factors influencing strength of wastewater concrete based on gray correlation analysis

    Abstract:Recycling and reusing concrete mixing plant shuffling wastewater in concrete preparation is a feasible means to solve water shortage and wastewater treatment. This experiment proposes the use of fuzzy hierarchical analysis for the comprehensive evaluation of concrete mix material proportioning,and the establishment of a gray correlation analysis model to predict and test the factors influencing the strength of wastewater concrete by combining the actual test data. The results show that there is no adverse effect on the mechanical properties of concrete by replacing tap water with wastewater from a concrete mixing plant;the weight of each index based on gray correlation analysis obtained from the test data only has an error of 5.51 percentage point with the specific weight of wastewater substitution rate predicted based on fuzzy hierarchical analysis before the test was conducted. The prediction model based on the fuzzy mathematical hierarchy comprehensive evaluation and grey correlation analysis can be used for the optimization of the wastewater concrete mix ratio of the mixing plant.
