Abstract:The research on the effect of maintenance method, maintenance age, magnesium high performance anti-cracking agent dosing, mineral admixture and other factors on the strength of mortar was carried out;the significant factors affecting the strength of mortar were analyzed by the method of gray entropy theory, and the microscopic mechanism of the effect of magnesium high performance anti-cracking agent and other materials on the strength of mortar was analyzed. The results show that the suitable amount of magnesium high-performance anti-cracking agent can improve the compressive strength of mortar specimens, but when the amount is higher, the compressive strength of specimens is reduced. There is a significant effect of maintenance conditions on the compressive strength of the specimens, the difference between the compressive strength of the specimens maintained by film and standard maintenance is not significant, and the compressive strength of the specimens under exposed conditions is significantly reduced. The magnesium high-performance anti-cracking agent affects the macroscopic mechanical properties of the specimen by influencing the length and number of cracks, the number of hydration products inside the specimen.
