    摘要:以磨损深度为混凝土抗冲磨能力的评价指标,研究了水胶比、抗压强度以及粉煤灰掺量对混凝土抗冲磨性能的影响,并通过数据关联分析,引入磨损因子以提高通过抗压强度和水胶比预测磨损深度的准确性。结果表明,无论粉煤灰是否加入到混凝土中,磨损深度均随着水胶比的增加而增大,随着抗压强度的提高而减小;当粉煤灰掺量≤15%时,粉煤灰对混凝土磨损深度无明显影响,当其掺量>15%后,对混凝土的抗冲磨性能不利;通过引入磨损因子,抗压强度和水胶比与磨损深度的相关系数显著提高。

Effects of fly ash on abrasion resistance of hydraulic concrete

    Abstract:Taking abrasion depth as the evaluation index of concrete's abrasion resistance,the effects of water-binder ratio,compressive strength and fly ash content on concrete's abrasion resistance were studied. Through data correlation analysis,wear factor was introduced to improve the accuracy of predicting abrasion depth by compressive strength and water-binder ratio. The results show that no matter fly ash is added to concrete or not,the wear depth increases with the increase of water-binder ratio,and decreases with the increase of compressive strength. When the content of fly ash is less than 15%,fly ash has no obvious effect on the abrasion depth of concrete. A more than 15% content of fly ash deteriorates the performance of hydraulic concrete in abrasion depth. By introducing wear factor,the correlation coefficients between compressive strength and water-binder ratio and wear depth were significantly improved.
