摘要：将CRTS Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道自密实混凝土用于城市地铁轨道交通中，通过对机制砂自密实混凝土的配合比调整以及外加剂的优选，制备出综合成本低、自密实性能优良且外观密实度高的自密实混凝土。研究发现，采用PCA-Ⅱ与PCA-W型聚羧酸减水剂按1∶1质量比复合使用可明显改善机制砂混凝土的黏度及抗波动性。当降低混凝土黏度改性剂用量为15 kg/m3后，通过调整胶凝材料总量为540 kg/m3，同时复掺0.1%引气剂与0.02%的消泡剂，混凝土的含气量为5.5%，扩展度为665 mm，L型仪填充比为0.95，机制砂自密实混凝土的工作性能及外观质量最佳。

Preparation and properties of self-compacting concrete made of machine-made sand for subway CRTS Ⅲ plate

Abstract：CRTS III slab ballastless track self-compacting concrete is used in urban metro rail transit. By adjusting the mix ratio of mechanical sand self-compacting concrete and selecting the admixture，self-compacting concrete with low comprehensive cost，good self-compacting performance and high appearance compactness is prepared. It is found that，the composite application of PCA-Ⅱ and PCA-W polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agents at 1∶1 mass ratio can obviously improve the viscosity and anti-fluctuation of the machine sand concrete. After reducing the dosage of concrete viscosity modifier to 15 kg/m3，adjusting the total amount of cementing material to 540 kg/m3，adding 0.1% air entraining agent and 0.02% defoamer at the same time，the gas content of concrete is 5.5%，the expansion degree is 665 mm，and the filling ratio of L-shaped instrument is 0.95，mechanical sand self-compacting concrete has the best working and appearance quality.
