Ag-TiO2/分子筛复合材料的制备及其性能研究

    摘要:采用溶胶-水热合成法制备了Ag-TiO2光催化材料,并将Ag-TiO2负载到分子筛上制备出Ag-TiO2/分子筛复合材料。在可见光照射下,以光催化降解亚甲基蓝为探针反应,研究了该复合材料的光催化活性。结果表明:当Ag / Ti摩尔比为0.007时,制备的Ag-TiO2光催化剂催化效率与纯TiO2相比提高了25.6%;与纯TiO2相比,当Ag-TiO2掺量为分子筛粉体质量的6.5%时,制备的Ag-TiO2 /分子筛复合材料具有更大的比表面积与表观常数。

Preparation and properties of Ag-TiO2/zeolite composite catalysts

    Abstract:Ag-TiO2 photocatalytic materials were prepared by sol-hydrothermal method,Ag-TiO2 and zeolite powder were compounded to construct Ag-TiO2 /zeolite. The photocatalytic activity of the composite catalysts were evaluated by degradation of methylene blue as the probe reaction under visible light irradiation. The results show that when the Ag/Ti molar ratio was 0.007,the catalytic efficiency of the prepared Ag-TiO2 photocatalyst was 25.6% higher than that of pure TiO2. Compared with pure TiO2,when the mass ratio of Ag-TiO2 to molecular sieve powder is 6.5%,the composite Ag-TiO2 /zeolite has larger specific surface area and apparent constant.
