一种新型混凝土状态调节剂的制备与性能研究

    摘要:以淀粉为原材料,采用普罗兰酶和α-淀粉酶降解反应得到一种新型混凝土状态调节剂GK-A3。采用红外、核磁以及GPC表征了其分子组成、结构和平均分子质量。结果表明,GK-A3分子结构中含有淀粉的a-D型葡萄糖单元结构,只发生分子链的断裂,未发生六元环断裂,其重均分子质量为10 780 g/mol。采用净浆、混凝土以及温度巡检器测试GK-A3对水泥分散性能、水化反应以及混凝土和易性的影响。结果表明,GK-A3对净浆流动度有一定提高效果,能够提高含粉少的粗砂配制的混凝土的保水性、和易性及硬化后的混凝土强度,而对水泥水化反应不产生缓凝作用。

Preparation and performance of a new modifying agent of the concrete state

    Abstract:Using starch as raw material,a new modifying agent of the concrete state(named GK-A3) was obtained by the degradation reaction of prolanase and α-amylase. Its molecular composition,structure and average molecular weight were characterized by Infrared,NMR and GPC. The test results show that GK-A3 contains the glucose unit structure of starch,only the molecular chain is broken,and the six-membered ring is not broken,and its weight-average molecular weight is 10 780 g/mol. The effects of GK-A3 on cement dispersibility,hydration reaction and concrete workability were tested by pure paste,concrete and temperature inspector. The test results show that GK-A3 can improve the fluidity of the paste to a certain extent,and can improve the water retention,workability and strength of hardened concrete prepared with coarse sand with less powder,without slowing down the hydration reaction of cement.
