高性能无碱液体速凝剂的研究与应用

    摘要:在65 ℃条件下将硫酸铝、二乙醇胺、硫酸镁以一定比例混合溶解,再掺加一种二乙醇胺羧酸酯与硅溶胶的络合稳定剂,合成了高性能无碱无氟液体速凝剂HLA,对其性能进行测试。结果表明:在环境温度-10~30 ℃条件下速凝剂HLA储存2个月的性能稳定;掺量为7%~8%时,对不同牌号普通硅酸盐水泥的初凝时间为2~4 min,终凝时间为6~10 min;水泥胶砂6 h抗压强度约1.0 MPa,1 d抗压强度为11.0~15.0 MPa,28 d抗压强度比>100%,符合Q/CR 807—2020《隧道喷射混凝土用液体无碱速凝剂》通用要求。

Study and application of high-performance alkali-free liquid accelerator

    Abstract:At 65 ℃,aluminum sulfate,diethanolamine and magnesium sulfate were mixed and dissolved in a certain proportion into a solution,and then a complexing stabilizer of diethanolamine carboxylate ester and silica sol was added to synthesize high performance alkali-free fluorine-free liquid accelerating agent HLA. Then its properties were tested. The experimental results show that the performance of HLA accelerator is stable when stored at ambient temperature of -10~30 ℃ for 2 months. According to the content of 7%~8% for different ordinary Portland cement,the setting time meets the initial setting of 2~4 min,the final setting of 6~10 min:The compressive strength of cement mortar is about 1.0 MPa in 6 h,11.0~15.0 MPa in 1 d,and the compressive strength ratio is >100% in 28 d,meeting the general requirements of Q/CR 807—2020 "Liquid alkali-free accelerating agent for tunnel shotcrete".
