膨胀剂在复合胶凝体系中的水化动力学特性研究

    摘要:通过等温量热法测试了复合胶凝体系的水化放热,基于Krstulovic-Dabic模型,讨论了膨胀剂对复合胶凝体系水化动力学特性的影响,并分析了复合胶凝体系水化过程。结果表明:复合胶凝体系第三放热峰主要由矿渣粉火山灰反应所致。钙质膨胀剂的掺入会提高复合胶凝体系加速期水化速率及水化放热量,延缓矿渣粉火山灰反应进程;镁质膨胀剂亦延缓了火山灰反应,但程度要弱。各组复合胶凝体系均符合Krstulovic-Dabic模型提出的NG-I-D水化历程,但矿物掺合料的存在影响了Ⅰ阶段的模拟精度;膨胀剂的掺入降低了复合胶凝体系的反应级数n及反应速率常数K1′、K2′,同时缩短了NG阶段,延长了Ⅰ阶段。

Study on hydration kinetics characteristics of expansive agent in composite cementitious system

    Abstract:In order to study the influence of expansive agent on the hydration process of composite cementitious system,hydration heat of composite cementing system was tested by isothermal calorimetry. Based on the Krstulovic-Dabic model,the influence of expansive agent on the hydration kinetics of composite cementitious system was discussed. Meanwhile,the hydration process of composite cementitious system was analyzed. The results show that the third exothermal peak of the compound cementification system is mainly caused by pozzolanic reaction of slag powder. The addition of calcium expansive agent will increase the hydration rate and hydration heat during the acceleration period of the composite cementitious system,delay the pozzolanic reaction process of slag powder and reduce the reaction concentration. Magnesium expansive agent also delays the pozzolanic reaction,but the degree is weak. Finally,accumulative heat will increase with the increase of the amount of expansive agent. The composite cementitious systems of each group conformed to the NG-I-D hydration process proposed by Krstulovic-Dabic model,but the existence of mineral admixtures affects the simulation accuracy of I process. The reaction order n and reaction rate constant K1′,K2′of composite cementitious system is reduced,NG process is shortened and I process is extended because of the addition of expansive agent.
