改性蒙脱土及在水泥基中的应用研究

摘要：蒙脱土作为典型的层状纳米材料，具有独特的晶体结构，且化学稳定性、阳离子交换性、吸水性和分散性等性能较好，蒙脱土的加入会使原材料的性能发生改变。蒙脱土在不同体系应用时具有一定局限性，需对蒙脱土进行相应的改性。蒙脱土应用到水泥建筑材料中会对水泥基耐久性等产生一定影响，通过有机改性蒙脱土可以更好地适应水泥基材料的多种需求。介绍了改性蒙脱土的制备和应用研究进展；重点对有机改性蒙脱土及其在水泥基中的应用进行了综述；提出了对蒙脱土在水泥中应用的展望。

Research on modified montmorillonite and its application in cement base

Abstract：As a typical layered nano material，montmorillonite has a unique crystal structure and good properties such as chemical stability，cation exchange，water absorption and dispersion. The addition of montmorillonite will change the properties of raw materials. Montmorillonite has certain limitations in the application of different systems，so it is necessary to modify montmorillonite. The application of montmorillonite in cement materials will have a certain impact on the durability of cement-based materials. The organic modified montmorillonite can better meet the various needs of cement-based materials. Firstly，the preparation and application of modified montmorillonite were introduced; Then，the organic modified montmorillonite and its application in cement base were reviewed; Finally，the prospect of the application of montmorillonite in cement in the future is put forward.
