固废基聚苯颗粒轻质保温墙体的制备及性能研究

    摘要:以水泥20%、脱硫石膏40%、粉煤灰24%、矿渣6%、铁尾矿10%为胶凝体系,掺加聚苯颗粒及纤维素醚、乳胶粉、聚乙烯醇溶液等外加剂制备聚苯颗粒轻质保温墙体材料,研究了聚苯颗粒及外加剂对其抗压强度、体积密度、吸水率、软化系数和导热系数的影响,确定了制备工艺参数。试验确定的外加剂最佳配比为:聚苯颗粒体积掺量94%、纤维素醚0.4%、乳胶粉0.4%、聚乙烯醇溶液1%,原材料中固废掺量达80%,制备的聚苯颗粒轻质保温墙体抗压强度1.46 MPa、干密度560 kg/m3、导热系数0.132 W/(m·K)、吸水率17%,符合JG/T 266—2011《泡沫混凝土》中A06级的要求。

Study on the preparation and performance of light thermal insulation wall with solid waste based polystyrene particles

    Abstract:Lightweight thermal insulation wall materials were prepared by adding polystyrene particles,cellulose ether,latex powder,polyvinyl alcohol solution and other materials into the cementitions materials prepared with 20% of cement,40% of desulfurization gypsum,24% of fly ash,6% of slag and 10% of iron tailings were used as raw materials to replace cement. The effects of admixtures on compressive strength,bulk density,water absorption,softening coefficient and thermal cenductivity were discussed,and the process parameters were determined. The test determined that the volume content of polystyrene particles was 94%,cellulose ether 0.4%,latex powder 0.4%,polyvinyl alcohol solution 1%,and solid waste content was 80%. The lightweight thermal insulation wall made of polystyrene particles according to the best proportion of the test has a compressive strength of 1.46 MPa,a dry density of 560 kg/m3,a thermal conductivity of 0.132 W/(m·K),and a water absorption of 17%,which meets the requirements of A06 grade specified in JG/T 266—2011“Foam concrete”.
