热桥影响区域内的三维动态传热研究

    摘要:搭建了热桥动态传热实验台,分析了由热桥及其周围墙体构成的热桥部位的传热规律,发现热桥内表面影响区域及影响区域内温差均大于外表面。利用WUFI Plus软件模拟实验热桥三维动态传热,发现模拟与实验结果吻合。模拟分析室内、外温差对热桥影响区域的影响,并改变主墙体保温性能,模拟分析热桥影响区域内的热损失。得出随着主墙体保温性能提高,一维等效动态传热比三维动态传热低估的热损失比例也会增大,所以主墙体保温性能好的建筑,更应重视热桥三维动态传热。

Three-dimensional dynamic heat transfer study on influencing zone of thermal bridge

    Abstract:We built an experimental platform for dynamic heat transfer of thermal bridge,analyzed the heat transfer law of the thermal bridge part composed of the thermal bridge and its surrounding walls,and found that the influencing zone of the inner surface of the thermal bridge and the temperature difference within the influencing zone are larger than that of the outer surface. WUFI Plus was used to simulate the three-dimensional dynamic heat transfer of the experimental thermal bridge,and it was found that the simulation matched the experimental results. We simulated and analyzed the influence of indoor and outdoor temperature difference on the influencing zone,and changed the insulation performance of the main wall to simulate and analyze the heat loss in the influencing zone. It was concluded that as the main wall insulation performance increases,the proportion of heat loss underestimated by one-dimensional dynamic heat transfer than three-dimensional dynamic heat transfer also increases. So buildings with good main wall insulation performance should pay more attention to the three-dimensional dynamic heat transfer of thermal bridge.
