基于随机骨料模型的轻质自保温混凝土力学及保温性能有限元模拟

    摘要:基于对混凝土细观结构的认识,假定轻质自保温混凝土为由混凝土基相与轻质保温颗粒分散相所组成的二相复合材料,按照蒙特卡罗方法在混凝土试件内随机投放保温颗粒,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,选取损伤塑性的本构模型,对轻质自保温混凝土随机模型进行力学与保温性能数值模拟。验证了数值计算方法的可靠性,研究保温颗粒尺寸对轻质自保温混凝土导热系数的影响。结果表明,无论水灰比多大,建立了轻质自保温混凝土抗压强度和导热系数均满足关系式λ=-1.01e(-fc/45.39 )+1.35,为自保温材料的结构分析和设计提供参考。

Finite element simulation of mechanics and thermal insulation performance of lightweight self-insulating concrete based on random aggregate model

    Abstract:Based on the understanding of the meso-structure of concrete,it is assumed that lightweight self-insulating concrete is a two-phase composite material composed of concrete base phase and lightweight thermal insulation particles dispersed phase. According to Monte Carlo method,thermal insulation particles are randomly placed into concrete specimens,and the finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to select the damage plasticity constitutive model. The mechanical and thermal insulation properties of lightweight self-insulating concrete were numerically simulated. The reliability of the numerical calculation method is verified and the influence of thermal insulation particle size on thermal conductivity of lightweight self-insulating concrete was studied. The results show that no matter how much the water-cement ratio,relationship model λ=-1.01e(-fc/45.39 )+1.35 between compressive strength and thermal conductivity of lightweight self-insulating concrete is established to provide scientific theoretical basis for structural analysis and design of self-insulating materials.
