既有建筑改造的新型点挂式外墙保温体系研究

    摘要:通过对既有建筑现有改造技术与改造现状的研究,设计了点挂式A级岩棉保温装饰板体系,并对相关指标进行计算、试验和测试,形成具有技术特色的城市既有建筑外保温系统及应用技术体系。通过研发专用固定连接件及系统配套材料,开发以单独锚固受力的A级岩棉保温装饰板系统及施工技术,解决既有建筑节能改造中外墙保温材料脱落、施工扰民、材料浪费、湿法作业等难以克服的问题。该体系达到了65%节能标准,可以在保证外观效果的同时,缩短施工周期,可在高度24 m及以下的既有建筑外墙节能改造中应用。

Research on a new type of point hanging exterior wall insulation system based on the reconstruction of existing buildings

    Abstract:Through the research of the existing renovation technology and the current situation of the existing buildings,the point hanging type A grade rock wool insulation decorative board system is designed. The relevant indexes are calculated and tested. The external thermal insulation system and application technology system of the existing buildings in the city with technical characteristics have been formed. Through the research and development of special fixed connectors and supporting materials for the system,the A-class rock wool insulation decorative board system and construction technology with separate anchorage force are developed to solve the difficult problems of external wall insulation shedding,construction nuisance,material waste,wet work and so on in the energy saving transformation of existing buildings. The system meets the standard of 65% energy saving. It can shorten the construction period while ensuring the appearance effect. It has a certain significance of promotion in energy-saving renovation of existing building exterior walls with height of 24 meters or below.
