SBS改性沥青防水卷材耐久性评价及静态使用寿命预测研究

    摘要:分别对SBS改性沥青防水卷材、胶粉/SBS改性沥青防水卷材以及对应的涂盖料母料进行人工加速老化试验,根据SBS改性沥青和胶粉/SBS改性沥青热氧老化后的黏度建立了老化动力学方程,并以低温柔度为参数,对SBS改性沥青防水卷材、胶粉/SBS改性沥青防水卷材的静态使用寿命进行预测。结果表明,SBS改性沥青和胶粉/SBS改性沥青防水卷材在25 ℃下的静态使用寿命分别为33.51、35.21年。

Study of durability evaluation and static service life prediction of SBS modified asphalt waterproof membrane

    Abstract:Artificially accelerated aging is conducted for SBS modified asphalt waterproof membrane,rubber powder/SBS modified asphalt waterproof membrane and corresponding coating masterbatch. The aging dynamic equation was established based on the viscosity of SBS modified asphalt and rubber powder/SBS modified asphalt after thermal oxygen aging. The static service life of SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane and rubber powder/SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane was predicted with low temperature flexibility as a parameter. The results show that the static service life of SBS modified asphalt waterproof membrane and rubber powder/SBS modified asphalt waterproof membrane at 25 ℃ are 33.51 and 35.21 years,respectively.
