隧道凹凸排水板受压特性试验研究

    摘要:为探究凹凸排水板在隧道防排水工程中的适用性,采用室内压缩试验研究凹凸排水板在受压过程中的变形特性,得到凹凸排水板受法向压力时的应力-位移曲线。结果表明:试件尺寸与凹凸排水板抗压强度呈弱相关;加载速率与凹凸排水板抗压强度呈负相关;受0.5 MPa压力时凹凸排水板压缩率已达到77%,凹凸排水板排水性将大幅降低;凹凸排水板压缩变形发展可分为缓慢发展阶段、快速发展阶段和材料压密阶段,3个阶段中凹凸排水板的等效刚度分别取为1.4×108、0.3×108、2.1×108 N/m。

Experimental study on compression characteristics of tunnel concave-convex drainage plate

    Abstract:In order to investigate the applicability of concave-convex drainage plate in tunnel drainage prevention projects,the deformation characteristics of concave-convex drainage plate during compression were studied by indoor compression test,and the stress-displacement curve of concave-convex drainage plate under normal pressure was obtained. The test results show that:the size of the specimen is weakly correlated with the compressive strength of the concave and convex drainage plate;the loading rate is negatively correlated with the compressive strength of the concave-convex drainage plate. When the pressure is 0.5 MPa,the compression ratio of the concave and convex drainage plate has reached 77%,and the drainage performance of the concave and convex drainage plate will be greatly reduced. The development of compression deformation of concave-convex drainage plate can be divided into three stages:slow development stage,rapid development stage and material compaction stage. The equivalent stiffness per square meter of concave-convex drainage plate in the three stages is taken as 1.4×108,0.3×108 and 2.1×108 N/m,respectively.
