单组分水性非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料的制备及性能研究

摘要：以乳化沥青为基础原料制备了单组分水性非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料，研究了增塑剂乳液对其性能的影响。结果表明：当增塑剂乳液用量为16%～20%时，制备的单组分水性非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料性能最佳，较热熔型非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料更具有耐热性和粘附特性等技术优势。

Abstract：Using emulsified asphalt as the basic raw material，one-component waterborne non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating was prepared，and the effect of plasticizer emulsion on its performance was investigated. The results show that the performance of one-component waterborne non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating is the best when the content of plasticizer emulsion is 16%～20%，Compared with the hot-melt type non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating has more significant heat resistance and adhesion characteristics and other technical advantages.
