装配式建筑外墙板用疏水光催化饰面涂层的制备与性能

    摘要:通过合成疏水硅溶胶,并复合水性纯丙乳液、光触媒纳米二氧化钛,采用分别加料共混的方式,制备了装配式外墙板用疏水光催化饰面涂料。实验表明,当纯丙乳液与疏水硅溶胶的质量比为1∶5时,涂层的成膜性和疏水性都较好。涂层对甲基橙溶液的降解率最大可达到42.5%,同时其疏水接触角可以达到127.5°,吸水率不超过1.0%,远低于传统外墙板,满足装配式外墙板饰面材料的使用条件。可以延长外墙板的使用寿命,降低维护成本,增强耐候性。

Preparation and properties of hydrophobic photocatalytic coating for exterior wall panels of prefabricated buildings

    Abstract:In this paper,hydrophobic photocatalytic finishing coatings for exterior wall panels of prefabricated buildings were prepared by synthesizing hydrophobic silica sol,combined with water-based pure acrylic emulsion and photocatalytic nano titanium dioxide in the form of separate feeding and blending. The experiment results show that when the ratio of pure acrylic emulsion to hydrophobic silica sol is 1∶5,the film formation and hydrophobicity of the coating are better. The maximum degradation rate of methyl orange solution of the coating can reach 42.5%,and the hydrophobic contact angle can reach 127.5°,and the water absorption rate cannot exceed 1.0%,which is far lower than that of the traditional exterior wall panel,and can meet the use conditions of the assembled exterior wall panel. It can prolong the service life of exterior wall panel,reduce maintenance cost and enhance weather resistance.
