混凝土抗泥剂的合成与性能研究

    摘要:采用异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)在水溶液下自由基聚合,制得含季铵盐阳离子官能团的混凝土抗泥剂CAC。测试结果表明:水泥对CAC的饱和吸附量为0.97 mg/g,远小于水泥对聚羧酸减水剂JS的饱和吸附量(27.94 mg/g);在外加剂较低浓度(<0.8%)时,蒙脱土对CAC的吸附量大于JS,但外加剂浓度高于1.2%后,蒙脱土对CAC的吸附量小于JS;CAC在纯水泥净浆体系中不起分散作用,而在掺泥净浆体系中能起辅助分散作用,且效果优于等量的JS;CAC部分取代JS能提高混凝土的流动性,但取代比例存在阈值。

Synthesis and properties of concrete anti-clay agent

    Abstract:Concrete anti-clay agent(CAC) containing quaternary ammonium cationic functional groups was synthesized by free radical polymerization in aqueous solution,main raw materials for this process included isopentenol ethoxylate(TPEG),acrylamide (AM) and dimethyldiallylammonium chloride(DMDAAC). The test results showed that:Saturated adsorption capacity of cement to CAC was 0.97 mg/g,which was much smaller than saturated adsorption capacity of cement to JS(27.94 mg/g);when admixture concentration was lower than 0.8%,adsorption capacity of montmorillonite to CAC was greater than montmorillonite to JS,and when admixture concentration was higher than 1.2%,adsorption capacity of montmorillonite to CAC was less than montmorillonite to JS;CAC couldn't afford dispersion effect in pure cement paste,but could afford auxiliary dispersion effect in cement paste mixed with clay,even better than equivalent JS;CAC could improve concrete fluidity by partially substituting JS,and substitution ratio had threshold value.
