聚酯纤维带增强胶合木柱轴压性能试验

    摘要:通过27根樟子松胶合木柱的轴压试验,研究了聚酯纤维带的粘贴方式和粘贴层数对胶合木柱轴心受压性能的影响,分析了木柱破坏形态、极限承载力、荷载-纵向位移曲线、延性系数、柱中荷载-应变曲线等。研究结果表明:采用聚酯纤维带增强胶合木柱可提高其极限承载力与刚度,改善延性,与未增强木柱相比,承载力可提高5.32%~26.20%,平均延性系数可提高10.60%~40.64%。粘贴方式相同时,增强柱的承载力和延性随着粘贴层数的增加而呈非线性增长;粘贴层数相同时,粘贴间距越小,木柱的增强效果越好,满贴聚酯纤维带时具有最好的轴压承载性能。

Axial compression performance test of polyester fiber tape reinforced glulam column

    Abstract:Through the axial compression test of 27 glulam columns of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica,the effects of the bonding method and the number of layers of polyester fiber tape on the axial compression performance of glulam columns were studied. The failure mode,ultimate bearing capacity,load-longitudinal displacement curve,ductility coefficient and load-strain curve in the column were analyzed. The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity and stiffness of glulam columns reinforced with polyester fiber tape can be improved,and the ductility performance can be improved. Compared with the wood columns without reinforcement,the bearing capacity can be increased by 5.32%~26.20%,and the average ductility coefficient can be increased by 10.60%~40.64%. When the bonding method is the same,the bearing capacity and ductility of the reinforced column increase nonlinearly with the increase of the number of bonding layers. When the number of bonding layers is the same,the smaller the bonding spacing,the better the reinforcement effect of the wood column,and the best axial compression bearing performance when fully bonded with polyester fiber.
