磷酸镁水泥缓凝性的研究

    摘要:磷酸镁水泥具有早强、耐火、耐磨蚀性能好、与混凝土胶结性能好、渗透性低,以及优异的护筋性能等优点,但其凝结速度较快。以重烧氧化镁和磷酸二氢钾为原材料制备磷酸镁水泥,研究了以硼砂、木质素磺酸钙以及硼砂-木质素磺酸钙复合作为添加剂对磷酸镁水泥凝结时间的影响。结果表明:木质素磺酸钙对磷酸镁水泥的缓凝作用不是非常明显,且对强度的不利影响较大,掺量越大强度损失越明显;而硼砂-木质素磺酸钙复合缓凝剂可以将磷酸镁水泥的凝结时间由29.3 min延长到38.5 min,且对抗压强度几乎没有影响。

Research on retardation of magnesium phosphate cement

    Abstract:Magnesium phosphate cement has the advantages of early strength,good fire resistance,good corrosion resistance,good bonding performance with concrete,low permeability,and excellent reinforcement performance,but its setting speed is relatively fast. In this experiment,magnesium phosphate cement was prepared by using dead-burned magnesium oxide and potassium dihydrogen phosphate as raw materials,and the effects of borax,calcium lignoate and borax-calcium lignoate as additives on the setting time of magnesium phosphate cement were studied. The research results show that the retardation effect of calcium lignoate on magnesium phosphate cement is not very ideal,the condensation time does not prolong obviously and has a great adverse effect on the strength. The strength loss becomes more and more obvious with the increasing of the dosage,the borax-calcium lignoate composite retarder can prolong the setting time of magnesium phosphate cement from 29.3 minutes to 38.5 minutes,and has little effect on the compressive strength.
