用于溶洞充填的高膨胀性注浆材料研究

    摘要:溶洞充填通常采用水灰比为1.0的水泥浆作为注浆材料,但其存在胶凝材料用量大、造价高等问题。利用水泥与硅灰、铝粉膏复掺制备了低成本高膨胀性注浆材料,研究了硅灰和铝粉膏掺量对注浆材料性能的影响,并通过模拟注浆实验优选了注浆材料配合比。结果表明:采用硅灰和铝粉膏复掺较单掺铝粉膏的高膨胀性注浆材料膨胀性能更稳定,且分层浇筑时效果更好;优选配比为水灰比0.60,硅灰和铝粉膏掺量分别为水泥质量的1%和0.10%,其结石率超过140%;与传统水泥注浆材料相比,高膨胀性注浆材料可降低材料成本20%以上。

Study on high expansion grouting material for karst cave filling

    Abstract:Cement slurry with water-cement ratio of 1.0 is usually used as grouting material for karst cave filling,which has large amount of cementing material and high cost. In this study,a low cost and high expansion grouting material was prepared by mixing cement with silica fume and aluminum paste. The influence of silica fume and aluminum paste content on the properties of grouting material was studied,and the mixture ratio of grouting material was optimized by simulating grouting experiment. The results show that the high expansion grouting material with more stable expansion performance can be obtained by adding silica fume and aluminum paste than only adding aluminum paste,and the effect is better in layered pouring,and the optimum ratio is water cement ratio 0.60,silica fume and aluminum paste content is 1% and 0.10% of cement,respectively,whose stone rate exceeds 140%. Compared with the traditional cement grouting material,the high expansion grouting material can reduce the material cost by more than 20%.
