不同石膏基钙质膨胀剂对砂浆性能的影响及其作用机理分析

    摘要:选用硬石膏(YG)、氟石膏(FG)和磷石膏(PG)与钙质膨胀熟料(AC)以不同比例复配,探究不同石膏基膨胀剂对砂浆膨胀性能及力学性能的影响,并分析其作用机理。结果表明:40%YG与50%AC复配时,胶砂试件限制膨胀率达到最大,为6.4×10-4;FG相较于YG具有更优的膨胀效果,40%FG与40%AC复配条件下,胶砂7 d限制膨胀率可达5.5×10-4;PG具有最好的膨胀效果,AC占比50%,PG占比30%、35%、40%对应的7 d限制膨胀率分别为6.5×10-4、6.3×10-4、7.3×10-4。磷石膏基膨胀剂会使水泥水化更加充分,水泥浆体含有大量相互牵连交错的钙矾石,起到增大试件体积的作用,在提高砂浆限制膨胀率的同时不影响试件后期力学性能发展。

Influence of different gypsum-based calcium expansion agents on the properties of mortar and analysis of its action mechanism

    Abstract:In this paper,anhydrite(YG),fluorogypsum(FG) and phosphogypsum(PG) are selected to be compounded with calcareous expansive clinker(AC) in different proportions to explore the effect of different gypsum-based expansion agents on the expansion and mechanical properties of mortar. The effect of mercury intrusion test(MIP) and scanning electron microscope(SEM) was used to analyze its mechanism of action. The results show that when 40% YG and 50% AC are compounded,the confined expansion rate of the mortar specimen reaches a maximum value of 0.064%. FG has a better expansion effect than YG. Under the compounding conditions of 40% FG and 40% AC,the 7 d confined expansion rate of the mortar can reach 0.055%. PG has the best expansion effect. When AC accounts for 50%,PG accounts for 30%,35%,and 40%,the corresponding 7 d confined expansion rates is 0.065%,0.063% and 0.073% respectively. The phosphogypsum-based expansion agent will make the cement more fully hydrated. The cement slurry contains a large number of ettringites that are intertwined with each other,which can increase the volume of the specimen. It can improve the confined expansion rate of the mortar without affecting the later mechanics development of the specimen.
