钢结构用界面处理砂浆的制备及影响因素研究

    摘要:研究了水胶比、胶砂比、胶粉及憎水剂掺量对界面处理砂浆性能的影响,以拉伸粘结强度、压折比作为衡量指标,制备了与钢结构表面粘结性能优异的界面处理砂浆。试验结果表明:界面处理砂浆水胶比为0.5、胶砂比为1∶2.5、胶粉掺量为10%,憎水剂掺量为1.5%时,界面处理砂浆与钢构件的标准、耐水、耐热、热湿循环、耐冻融拉伸粘结强度分别为1.35、0.78、1.09、0.65、0.70 MPa,压折比为2.5。

Preparation and influencing factors of interface treatment mortar for steel structure

    Abstract:In this paper,the effects of water-binder ratio,cement-sand ratio,rubber powder,hydrophobic agent and other factors on the interface treatment mortar were investigated. The interface treatment mortar with excellent bonding performance with steel structure surface was prepared by using tensile bond strength and compressive to flexural ratio as measurement indexes. The experiment results show that when the water-binder ratio of interface treated mortar is 0.5,the cement-sand ratio is 1∶2.5,the dosage of rubber powder is 10%,and the dosage of hydrophobic agent is 1.5%,the standard,water resistance,heat resistance,heat-moisture cycle and freeze-thaw tensile bond strength of interface treated mortar and steel components are 1.35 MPa,0.78 MPa,1.09 MPa,0.65 MPa and 0.70 MPa,respectively,and the compressive to flexural ratio is 2.5.
