红土镍矿废渣-水泥复合胶结材料工程应用研究

    摘要:以广西某公司红土镍矿废渣为原料,利用水泥固化形成胶结材料并回填至实验场地,通过测试复合胶结材料浸出液中pH值、危害成分浓度、场地集水井水质及材料无侧限抗压强度、干燥收缩率、弹性模量、渗透系数等指标,分析其作为建设用地回填材料或公路建设工程材料的可行性。结果表明:红土镍矿废渣-水泥复合胶结材料压实度可达90.6%,其渗透系数低于天然黏土,材料浸出液的pH值为8.15,Cr浓度为0.09 mg/L,其他危害成分浓度均低于0.05 mg/L,集水井水质符合GB/T 14848—2017《地下水质量标准》Ⅲ类水要求,胶结材料无侧限抗压强度最低为1.21 MPa,弹性模量均大于1 GPa,渗透系数为8.77×10-7 cm/s,抗干缩性能良好,可作为建设用地回填材料或公路建设工程材料。

Study on engineering application of laterite nickel ore waste residue cement composite cementitious material

    Abstract:Took the waste slag of laterite nickel mine from a company in Guangxi as raw material,solidified with cement to form cementation material and backfilled to the experimental site. The feasibility of composite cementing materials as construction land backfill materials or highway construction engineering materials was analyzed by measuring the pH and the concentration of hazardous components in the leaching solution,the water quality of the site catchment well,the unconfined compressive strength,drying shrinkage rate,elastic modulus and permeability coefficient of the material. The results show that the compaction degree of the laterite-nickel ore residue-cement composite cementitious material after compaction can reach 90.6%,and its permeability coefficient is lower than that of natural clay,the pH value of the material leaching solution is 8.15,the Cr concentration is 0.09 mg/L,the concentrations of other hazardous components are all less than 0.05 mg/L,the water quality of the catchment well meets the requirements of Class Ⅲ water in the standard GB/T 14848—2017 "Groundwater Quality Standard",the minimum unconfined compressive strength of the cementitious material is 1.21 MPa,the elastic modulus is greater than 1 GPa,and the permeability coefficient is 8.77×10-7 cm/s,has good anti-drying shrinkage performance,and can be used as construction land backfill material or highway construction engineering material.
