生物质替代燃料在水泥窑中的应用实践

    摘要:水泥工业是我国高能耗高污染的行业之一,是节能减排的重点行业。我国水泥窑大都使用煤作为燃料,其供应压力越来越大,因此寻找可替代燃料是我国水泥行业发展的新趋势。通过在水泥窑炉上使用桉树皮作为生物质替代燃料进行工业试验,从环境安全性、产品质量控制、工艺几方面进行了分析。结果表明,桉树皮经过一定的预处理后可以制备成符合水泥窑利用的替代燃料;对替代燃料进行预处理,可提高替代燃料的热效率,降低对水泥窑系统热工制度的不利影响;符合一定品质的替代燃料,通过合适的入窑工艺,可以实现燃煤的替代,不会对水泥窑系统的产能和系统稳定运行的产生明显的不利影响。

Application of biomass alternative fuel in cement kiln

    Abstract:Cement industry is one of the industries with high energy consumption and high pollution in China,and is the key industry of energy conservation and emission reduction. Most cement kilns in China use coal as fuel,and its supply pressure is increasing,so finding alternative fuels is a new trend in the development of China's cement industry. Through the industrial test of using eucalyptus bark as biomass substitute fuel in cement kiln,the environmental safety,product quality control and process were analyzed. The results showed that the eucalyptus bark could be prepared as a substitute fuel for cement kiln after certain pretreatment. Pretreatment of alternative fuels can improve the thermal efficiency of alternative fuels and reduce the adverse impact on the thermal system of cement kiln system;Alternative fuels with a certain quality can be used to replace coal through appropriate kiln feeding process,which will not have a significant adverse impact on the productivity and stable operation of the cement kiln system.
