磷石膏的基本特性及其制备蒸养砖的研究

    摘要:为将磷石膏应用于制备蒸养砖,利用XRF、SEM、XRD和热分析仪对磷石膏的化学成分、微观形貌、物相组成和差热-热重进行分析。以磷石膏、脱硫干灰和建筑垃圾为主要原料制备蒸养砖,研究了不同配比对蒸养砖强度的影响。结果表明,按磷石膏10%~25%、建筑垃圾45%~60%、脱硫干灰20%和水泥10%的配比,经160 ℃蒸养12 h,可以制备出强度符合JC/T 239—2014中MU20等级要求的蒸养砖。

Basic characteristics of phosphogypsum and the preparation of autoclaved brick

    Abstract:To effective utilization of the phosphogypsum as building materials,the chemical composition,microcosmic appearance,mineral composition and TG-DSC of the phosphogypsum are investigated by means of XRF,SEM,XRD and DSC. Autoclaved brick were prepared with phosphogypsum,construction waste and dry desulphurized ash. The influences of different mix proportion on the strength of autoclaved brick were investigated. The results showed that the autoclaved brick prepared with a phosphogypsum dosage of 10%~25%,a construction waste dosage of 45%~60%,a dry desulphurized ash dosage of 20%,a cement dosage of 10%,autoclaved for 12 h at 160 ℃ showed better performance,whose strength reaches to grade MU20 as specified in standard JC/T 239—2014.
