蒸压加气混凝土外墙板连接节点的研究进展

    摘要:随着蒸压加气混凝土(AAC)外墙板在装配式建筑工程中的应用与推广,墙板连接节点已逐渐成为业界研究的热点。对常见AAC外墙板连接节点进行了分类,概述了各类节点的构造和安装技术,列举出各类节点的优缺点。对AAC外墙板连接节点的国内外研究现状进行了调研,分析对比了常见AAC外墙板连接节点的综合性能,提出了墙板节点研究中存在的问题。结合我国AAC外墙板的发展前景,展望了其配套连接节点的研究方向。

Research progress on joint of autoclaved aerated concrete exterior wall panel

    Abstract:With the application and promotion of autoclaved aerated concrete(AAC) exterior wall panels in prefabricated building projects,panel joints have gradually become a research hot-spot in the industry. This paper classifies the common AAC exterior wall panel connection nodes,summarizes the construction composition and installation technology of various nodes,and lists the advantages and disadvantages of various nodes. On this basis,the research status of AAC exterior wall panel connection joints at home and abroad is investigated,the comprehensive performance of common AAC exterior wall panel connection joints is analyzed and compared,and the existing problems in the research of wall panel joints are proposed. Finally,according to the development prospect of AAC exterior wall panel in China,the research direction of its supporting connection joints is prospected.
