基于外围护结构的陶粒发泡混凝土正交优化设计及其传热模拟

    摘要:研究制备了陶粒发泡混凝土,选择养护制度、陶粒掺量、陶粒筒压强度3个因素,采用正交试验分析各因素对陶粒发泡混凝土性能的影响。通过Ansys仿真模拟软件对陶粒发泡混凝土砌块进行三维稳态模拟,以及对岩棉、EPS、陶粒发泡混凝土3种结构的外墙进行二维稳态传热模拟研究。试验结果分析可知,影响因素由大到小为:陶粒掺量>陶粒筒压强度>养护温度。通过传热模拟分析可知,陶粒掺量为30%的情况下,砌块的热流量最低,保温隔热性能较好。外墙传热模拟可知,3种方案的传热系数模拟值分别为0.28、0.23、0.36 W/(m2·K),陶粒发泡混凝土墙体具有良好的保温隔热性能。

Orthogonal optimization design and heat transfer simulation of ceramic foamed concrete based on outer envelope

    Abstract:Studied and prepared ceramic-based foamed concrete. Three factors,curing system,ceramsite content and ceramsite tube compressive strength,were selected in the experiment. Orthogonal experiments were designed to analyze the influence of performance indexes of ceramsite foamed concrete. The three-dimensional steady-state simulation of ceramic-foamed concrete blocks and the two-dimensional steady-state heat transfer simulation of three kinds of exterior walls were carried out utilizing Ansys simulation software. The analysis of experimental results shows that the content of ceramsite > the barrel pressure strength of ceramsite > the curing temperature. Through heat transfer simulation analysis,we can see that when the ceramsite content is 30%,the heat flow rate of the block is the lowest,and the thermal insulation performance is better. The heat transfer simulation results show that the heat transfer coefficients of the three schemes are 0.28,0.23,0.36 W/(m2·K). Ceramic-based foamed concrete wall has good thermal insulation performance.
