铁尾矿砂混凝土基本性能研究进展

    摘要:矿山开采后排放的铁尾矿会侵占土地资源,造成环境污染。近年来研究发现,可采用铁尾矿砂制备混凝土,实现固废再利用,减少资源浪费。通过对比分析国内外学者相关研究成果发现,随铁尾矿砂替代率的增加,混凝土的流动性、劈裂抗拉强度呈先增后减和逐渐减小2种趋势;抗压强度、抗弯强度、抗渗性呈先提高后降低趋势;抗冻性和耐腐蚀性持续小幅降低。铁尾矿砂混凝土结构构件破坏形态和承载力均与普通混凝土相近,但脆性和易裂性更显著。可采用普通混凝土结构构件承载力计算方法。针对当前存在的问题,在今后研究中应改进铁尾矿砂破碎加工工艺,以保证其活性、外观与粒径大小的统一;可以采用纤维混杂改善铁尾矿砂混凝土的韧性。

Research advance in behavior of iron ore tailing concrete

    Abstract:The iron ore tailing as waste disposal of iron mining has several harms such as land occupation and environment pollution. In recent years,research has found that iron tailings can be used to prepare concrete to realize the reuse of solid wastes and reduce resource waste. Through comparative analysis of relevant research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars,it is found that with the increase of iron ore tailings replacement ratio,fluidity and splitting tensile strength could be found increase-decrease mode and monotonic decrease mode respectively. The compressive strength,flexural strength and impermeability increased first and then decreased. The frost resistance and corrosion resistance continued to decrease slightly. The iron ore tailings concrete elements present comparable structural behavior with ordinary concrete members in the field of failure mode and bearing capacity,however,inferior performance in fragility and toughness occurs. In view of the existing problems,it is necessary to establish a reasonably crushing technology of iron tailing ore in future research to ensure the unity of activity,shape and particle size. Hybrid-fiber iron tailing ore concrete will be an alternative way to improve the toughness.
