废弃石粉制备高强再生混凝土的研究

    摘要:提出了一种在100%再生粗骨料取代率下,利用废弃石粉制备高强再生混凝土方法,探讨了废弃石粉在制备高强再生混凝土方面的应用潜力。研究发现,废弃石粉在再生混凝土基体中可以充分发挥成核效应和填充效应,进而改善再生混凝土强度不足和界面过渡区薄弱的缺点。制备的高强再生混凝土28 d抗压强度可达到75.6 MPa,符合C60混凝土强度等级的要求。同时,用废弃石粉取代10%水泥砂浆制备的高强再生混凝土可降低成本4.6%。这对提高高强再生混凝土的综合经济效益、发挥绿色节能优势具有一定的意义。

Study on preparation of high-strength recycled concrete with waste stone powder

    Abstract:This paper proposed a method of preparing high strength recycled concrete with waste stone powder under the 100% recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate,explored the application potential of waste stone powder in the preparation of high-strength recycled concrete. It is found that waste stone powder can give full play to the nucleation effect and filling effect in the matrix of recycled concrete to improve its poor strength and weak interfacial transition zone. And the compressive strength of high strength recycled concrete can reach 75.6 MPa at 28 d,which meets the requirements of the strength grade of C60 concrete. At the same time,the cost of high strength recycled concrete prepared by replacing 10% cement mortar with waste stone powder can be reduced by 4.6%. This will provide a certain technical guiding significance for effectively improving the comprehensive economic benefits of high-strength recycled concrete and giving play to the advantages of green energy conservation.
