贯入法检测喷射混凝土早龄期抗压强度试验研究

    摘要:为建立科学、准确的喷射混凝土早龄期抗压强度专用测强曲线,基于以贯入法测试喷射混凝土的贯入深度为自变量和同时测试的混凝土抗压强度为因变量建立的实测关系曲线,分析了不少于3种拟合函数的回归曲线与实测关系曲线符合程度和偏差情况,最终确定符合程度较高的专用测强曲线拟合函数。结果表明:专用测强曲线应优先采用分段拟合,且宜以24 h龄期作为专用测强曲线分段的临界点;回归函数中三次函数分段拟合后相关系数均≥0.990,其抗压强度计算值与实测值的偏差值符合TB 10426—2019《铁路工程结构混凝土强度检测规程》中±12%的规定。

Experimental study on early-age shotcrete's compressive strength inspected by penetration resistance method

    Abstract:In order to establish a scientific and accurate compressive strength measurement curve of shotcrete at early age,based on the measured relationship curve established with the penetration depth of shotcrete at each age measured by the penetration resistance method as the independent variable and the concrete compressive strength measured at the same time as the dependent variable,experiment results on the consistency and deviation between the regression curve of no less than three fitting functions and the measured relationship curve are analyzed,and the fitting function of early-age shotcrete strength measurement curve is determined finally. The results show that the special curve of testing strength should be priorfitted by segments,and the 24 h age should be taken as the critical point for the segmentation of the special strength curve. In the regression function adopted,the correlation coefficient of the cubic function after subsection fitting is not less than 0.990. The deviation between the calculated value of compressive strength and the measured value conforms to the provisions of ±12% in TB 10426—2019 "Inspection specification for structure concrete strength of railway engineering".
