抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂的制备及性能研究

    摘要:聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)中的PEO侧链对黏土非常敏感,而骨料中难免会掺杂较多黏土,尤其是钠基膨润土。通过自由基聚合在PCE的分子结构中引入抗泥功能单体全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷,合成一种抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂(PCE-c)。通过红外光谱分析表征了PCE的分子特征;通过红外光谱、热失重分析、XRD等分析表征了PCE在黏土上的吸附能力;通过净浆、混凝土等试验,评价了PCE对混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,与市售抗泥保坍型聚羧酸减水剂相比,合成的PCE-c具有更优的保坍效果,在钠基膨润土表面的吸附量更少,对水泥具有更好的吸附性和分散性。

Preparation and properties of anti-mud polycarboxylate superplasticizer

    Abstract:The PEO side chain in the polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE) is very sensitive to clay. In the aggregate,it will inevitably be doped with more clay,especially sodium bentonite. The anti-sludge functional monomer perfluorooctyl triethoxysilane is introduced through free radical polymerization to synthesize a slime-resistant polycarboxylate water-reducing agent. The molecular characteristics of PCE molecules were characterized by infrared spectroscopy;the adsorption capacity of PCE on clay was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,XRD,etc.. The influence of PCE on concrete performance is evaluated by tests of cement paste and concrete. The results show that,compared with the commercially available anti-sludge type water reducer,the synthetic anti-sludge type water reducer has a longer slump retention effect,less adsorption on the surface of sodium bentonite,and better adsorption on cement effect and better dispersion.
