固废基胶凝材料混凝土增强剂的试验研究

    摘要:针对固废基胶凝材料水化慢,导致混凝土凝结时间长、早期强度低影响施工的问题,研制了固废基胶凝材料混凝土增强剂ZS-10Z,并与市售的早强剂进行了混凝土性能对比试验。结果表明:掺入占胶凝材料质量1.0%的ZS-10Z能显著提高混凝土的3、7、28 d抗压强度,改善混凝土的施工性能,缩短混凝土的凝结时间,同时混凝土的抗碳化性能、抗水渗透性能、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能明显提高;电通量测试和SEM分析表明,混凝土中掺入ZS-10Z能有效促进固废基胶凝材料的水化进程,生成更多的水化产物,进而提高混凝土结构的密实性。

Experimental study on concrete reinforcing agent of solid waste based cementitious materials

    Abstract:In order to solve the problems of slow hydration of solid waste-based cementitious materials,which leads to long setting time of concrete and low influence of early strength on construction,a comparative test of concrete performance was conducted by using the solid waste-based cementitic material concrete strengthening agent ZS-10Z produced by our company and the commercially available early strength agent. The data showed that:Adding 1.0% solid waste reinforcement ZS-10Z can significantly increase the 3,7 and 28 d strength of concrete,improve the construction performance of concrete and shorten the setting time of concrete. Meanwhile,the durability indexes of solid waste concrete,such as carbonation resistance,water permeability resistance and sulfate resistance,are significantly improved. Through the electric flux detection and SEM picture characterization analysis of solid waste concrete,after mixing waste strengthening agent ZS-10Z,the hydration process of solid waste cementized materials can be effectively promoted,and more hydration products can be generated,so as to improve the compactness of concrete structure.
