复掺早强剂对水泥稳定碎石基层性能的影响

    摘要:以水泥稳定碎石的1 d无侧限抗压强度高为优选原则,在单掺三乙醇胺(TEA)和硫酸钠(NS)试验的基础上再进行复掺试验,并结合交互作用检验筛选出3组最佳复配掺量;通过干缩应变试验、温缩应变试验、冻融循环试验研究复掺早强剂对水泥稳定碎石耐久性的影响;通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)分析进一步研究早强剂改善水泥稳定碎石性能的作用机理。结果表明,TEA和NS对水泥稳定碎石抗压强度的影响存在交互作用,2.0%NS与1.0%TEA复掺的改善效果最优,复掺TEA和NS可有效提高水泥稳定碎石的强度,改善材料的干缩应变和抗冻性能;早强剂可加速水泥水化,促进稳定碎石中凝胶成分的形成。

Effect of composite early strength agent on the performance of cement stabilized aggregates

    Abstract:The use of triethanolamine(TEA) and sodium sulfate(NS) compound a new early strength agent. The three best doping amounts were selected by the preferred principle of improving the 1 d compressive strength of water-stabilized crushed stone material after TEA and NS alone. The effect of NS on the durability of water-stabilized aggregates was studied by the dry shrinkage strain test,the temperature shrinkage strain test and the freeze-thaw cycle test,the mechanism of NS improving the properties of water-stabilized aggregates was further studied by the scanning electron microscope test(SEM) and the X-ray diffraction test(XRD). The results show that there is an interaction between the effects of TEA and NS on the compressive strength of cement stabilized crushed stone materials,and the composite early strength agent can effectively improve the strength of water-stabilized crushed stone materials,the dry shrinkage strain of the material and the frost resistance. In addition,the early strength agent would accelerate the formation of gel component in the water-stabilized crushed stone material.Finally,it was found that 2.0% NS and 1.0% TEA early strength agent had the best improvement effect.
