钢渣和镁渣对沿海环境下沥青-集料粘附性的影响研究

    摘要:通过水煮法试验、盐水浸泡试验和盐雾干湿循环试验等研究了钢渣微粉和镁渣微粉2种固体废弃物材料作为抗剥落剂对沥青-集料粘附性的影响,并采用FT-IR光谱和XRD对沥青胶浆和水化产物进行了分析。结果表明:钢渣微粉和镁渣微粉能与沥青发生化学反应;微粉加入沥青-集料体系中能有效提高粘附性和抗高盐高湿环境的能力;钢渣、镁渣的水化产物能改善沥青与酸性集料的界面性能。

Study on the influence of steel slag and magnesium slag on bitumen-aggregate adhesion in coastal environment

    Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of steel slag and magnesium slag,the effect of steel slag and magnesium slag as anti-stripping agents on the adhesion of asphalt mixture were determined by boiling test,brine immersion test,and wetting-drying test in salt-spray environment. The asphalt mortar and hydration products were analyzed by FT-IR and XRD. The results show that steel slag powder and magnesium slag powder can react with asphalt. The addition of powder to asphalt-aggregate system can effectively improve the adhesion and resistance to salt and high humidity environment. The hydration products of steel slag and magnesium slag can improve the interfacial properties of asphalt and acid aggregate.
